The theme for 2009 program is “Chaos and Conflict: National Security Challenges in 2009 and Beyond.” To date they have commitments from Joseph L. Galloway, R. Alan King and historian Donald L. Miller. Also invited is Bing West and the 2009 Colby co-winner Marcus Luttrell, author of Lone Survivor.

Guest Lecturer at U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY 3-5 MAY 2008. 

Dean's Hour lecture (1250-1345) on Monday, 04 MAY, followed by dinner with members of the department later that evening.  On Tuesday, 05 MAY,  Faculty Development Seminar. The primary purpose is to lecture the graduating class of ‘09 enrolled in the History of the Military Art since 1870.
